Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an Onano account or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use Onano.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 for Community features and at least 18 to enable Dating. You must provide accurate registration details (including date of birth and home area).

3. Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Guidelines, or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate, scams, impersonation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• No spam, malware, scraping that harms the service, or attempts to bypass safety systems.
• Marketplace listings must be honest; illegal goods/services are banned.
• Dating interactions must be respectful; report abuse rather than retaliate.

5. Content

You keep rights to content you post, but grant Onano a licence to host and display it for operating the service. You must have rights to anything you upload. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

6. Credits, premium & payments

Wallet credits and boosts are digital entitlements — not cash. Purchases via Paynow/EcoCash are subject to the payment provider’s terms. Sandbox/top-ups in local demos are not real money.

7. Disclaimers

Onano is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee matches, sales, or uninterrupted uptime. You meet other users at your own risk — use verification, chat carefully, and meet in public if you meet offline.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Zimbabwe law, Onano is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).
